1974: Inauguration of Hotel Sidi Lago Rojo*** and Sidi Sol***, Torremolinos and Hotel Sidi San Juan***** in Alicante.
1975: Inauguration of Hotel Sidi Saler***** in Valencia.
1979: Management starts under Hoteles Mallorquines, later known as Sol Group.
1978: Sale of Hotel Sidi Sol in Torremolinos.
1989: The Sidi Group becomes independent using a new image.
2002: The Hotel Lago Rojo is sold and no longer under Sidi Management.
