The Hotel Sidi San Juan's quality and service does not stop with being a 5-star hotel

In December our emblematic Hotel Sidi San Juan received the prestigious Q-Mark (Q/UNE 182001) for Spanish Tourism Quality, the only 5-star hotel in Alicante to receive this award, which is given by the Intersectorial Certification Committee of the ICTE (Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality).
To obtain this award, it is necessary to fulfill certain required standards of quality as set out in the Quality of Service Regulations and assure continuous improvement in the satisfaction at all times of clients' requirements.
